Returns

We want you to love your TEDDY HUGGY (TEDDY HUGGY TOYS INC). If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within a certain timeframe and under specific conditions. Please read the following policy to understand our returns and exchanges process.


Return Conditions

  • Return Period: You may return an item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

  • Merchandise Condition: Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when it was received and in its original packaging to be eligible for return.

  • Customized Merchandise: Personalized or customized merchandise is not eligible for return unless the merchandise was defective or damaged upon delivery.



Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as "final sale"

  • Products that show signs of wear or damage

  • Free promotional items


How to Return

  • Contact our support team at support@teddyhuggy.com with your order number and reason for return

  • Wait for return authorization and instructions (do not send to address on package)

  • Securely package the item(s) using original packaging when possible

  • Ship your return to: 110 16th Street Suite 1400, Denver, Colorado, 80202 (Important: Contact support@teddyhuggy.com first for return authorization. While this is our primary return address, we may provide a closer warehouse location based on your shipping address for faster processing.)
  • Ship your return using a trackable method (you're responsible for return shipping costs)


Note: If you're returning an item for any reason other than our mistake (wrong item shipped or defective product), you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact amount will depend on which shipping provider you use. We'll cover return shipping if the issue was caused by us.

  • For fastest service, we recommend:

  • Returning the original item for refund

  • Placing a new order for desired item


Note: Exchanges may take longer to process than refunds due to inventory availability



Cancellations

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet processed

  • Contact us immediately at support@teddyhuggy.com with your order number

  • Once an order enters processing (typically within 24 hours), it cannot be canceled


Canceled Order Refunds

  • Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 2-4 business days

  • Payment method determines refund timing:

    • Credit cards: 5-10 business days

    • PayPal: 3-7 business days

    • Refunds typically take 5-14 business days to complete.

We'll arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution

  • Teddy Huggy is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
