Problematic Orders

In situations where our delivery team is unable to contact the recipient, or if the address provided is incorrect, the delivery may be unsuccessful. If we reach out to the recipient and do not receive a response, and if the recipient fails to retrieve the package within the specified timeframe, the package may be returned to us.

Please note that the costs associated with returned packages are significant, and therefore, we will not issue refunds for orders in such cases. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to ensure that all contact information and addresses are accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Note: If you're returning an item for any reason other than our mistake (wrong item shipped or defective product), you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact amount will depend on which shipping provider you use. We'll cover return shipping if the issue was caused by us.
